Attendance now feeds payroll automatically. See how the run works
Kiko connects recruitment, attendance, payroll, performance and exits, so the same employee record follows a person from their first interview to their last day.

Running payroll, attendance and reviews on Kiko
Most HR stacks are a patchwork, and every handoff between them is a person being re-typed. Kiko keeps the record in one place.
Attendance locks before the run, loss of pay flows in on its own, and every exception surfaces before anyone can approve. The run becomes a consequence of the month rather than a separate exercise.

Six stage run
Inputs through published, nothing skipped
Maker checker
Whoever runs payroll cannot approve it
Statutory built in
PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS
One workspace that stays fast at the size you are growing into, and a payroll run that finishes inside a coffee break rather than a working day.

Ask us directlyMost teams run their first payroll on Kiko in the second month. Week one is data migration and salary structures, week two is a parallel run against your existing provider, and you cut over once both agree.
Yes. Employee records, salary structures, leave balances and historic payslips come in by CSV or direct export. Leave balances are usually the piece that needs a conversation, because carry forward and encashment rules differ by company.
Yes. Professional tax is configured per state and applied from each employee's work location, so a Karnataka and a Maharashtra employee on the same run get their own slabs without anyone splitting the file.
Punch data arrives through a device connector or a scheduled file import and lands in the same attendance register as web check ins. Payroll then reads one source rather than reconciling two.
Not by default. Compensation visibility is granted explicitly per role. A manager can approve leave, run a one to one and write a review without a salary figure ever appearing on screen.
Yes, scoped to their own record. They see their leave balance, payslips, goals and company updates, and nothing belonging to anybody else. Admins get the full workspace separately.
That is the path we recommend. Run a full cycle in Kiko alongside your current provider, compare the variance report line by line, and switch only once the two agree.
An approved run is immutable, which is deliberate. Corrections flow through the next cycle as arrears, so the audit trail stays intact and no one quietly edits a month that has already been paid.
Not yet. A REST API for employee, attendance and payroll records is on the roadmap rather than shipped. Exports in CSV and XLSX are available today from every list view.
HR software is usually cold, dense and grey. It does not have to be. Kiko is built to be the calmest tool in the company.
